The Life Options programme is for you if you are thinking of taking early retirement or even already retired.

During our coaching sessions we will journey together through the most important areas of your life to see what is important for you in retirement. We will be using a step by step approach, with the end result being a dynamic and workable action plan for a new and purposeful life.

Coaching and mentoring

This is a highly personal, customised one-to-one format that we'll conduct via telephone and email. If you like the idea of a high-intensity, high accountability, rapid-results programme then you'll love this option.

When you have me as your personal coach and mentor, you will quickly increase your ability to see the bigger picture, to think 'out of the box'. I'll show you ways to do this that are enjoyable, while at the same time deeply transformational.

You and I will have so much fun you may not even realise that your life is being changed for the better. We'll address anything that's on your mind, but with the ultimate goal of circling back around to launching your personal action plan for the next phase of your life.

I will also provide you with invaluable resources on developing a specific project, and with my one-to-one instruction you will know exactly what to do and how to begin.

Group Coaching

Many of my clients prefer to work in small groups which are organised for networking, specific themes and special requests. The group dynamics can be informal and playful at times, but always highly educational and focused on results.

We'll bounce ideas off of each other, grapple with different scenarios of the participants and brainstorm solutions, where you may see yourself in others' situations and then benefit from their solutions as well.

No stone will be unturned in the Group Coaching format, and you'll find that it's a unique and efficient approach to creative problem solving.

The end result will always be my presentation of a plethora of options, resolutions and action plans that can be adapted for your own use both now and in the future.

Seminars/Workshops

In my Workshops you'll experience hands-on activities while learning and growing through group dynamics, tools and resources. These sessions are highly interactive and focused on end results, but can go off in unpredictable directions, with my intuitive guidance throughout.

You'll make some tremendously rewarding discoveries in these sessions and you'll be astounded at what comes out of them. Ideas, plans and initiatives surface in ways that you may not be used to with other formats. Be prepared for a high degree of interaction and discovery.
